I've read and read and read "Think and Grow Rich" over the past 25 years, but still struggle. I am in awe of his ability (and no doubt great team of advisors) to turn an idea into a profitable enterprise.

It just goes to show that you don't have to be selling the newest idea or product - you just have to do what you do well. I have actually been to his site (prior). And if you haven't had the pleasure of Think and Grow Rich yet, do yourself a favor and find a copy. A great and inspiring read.

Switched to the real cell phone at 11 but he's really done good with the new rules.

Our decision was a social decision. It was a family communication decision.

Not a Mom, but as a dad I waited until my oldest was 13 before letting him have access on demand. It isn't technically his phone, but all the kids phone. He just treats it as his.

My basis for the age is when does he really need to be socially communicating? He doesn't abuse it and it gets taken away when his grades are doing poorly. It is privelege, not a right.
